Forward
_Tis a gift to be simple
Tis a gift to be free,
Tis a gift to come down
Where we ought to be.
And when we find ourselves
In a place just right,
It will be in the valley
Of love and delight._
Old Shaker Hymn
Favorite of Dr. Isabelle Moser

late thirties. Then I began to experience more and more off days
when I did not feel quite right. I thought I possessed an iron
constitution.
